Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your original invoice.

  Ship to O Boticário

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
